Maximise Your Value: Gain Clarity

As a shareholder, you may well have attended seminars outlining how to sell a business, how to maximise value, or how to attract the best buyer. The process of selling a business is generally well understood, but what sits behind the counter-party’s decision to buy or invest?

What can you do to ensure that you achieve the best possible outcome? Particularly when faced with competing priorities, how do you, personally, define what is the best outcome?  It might be security for your family, employees, customers, cash in the bank, or just a feeling that you have achieved all you can before passing it on to a new owner.

Whilst you enjoy a light breakfast in the private dining room at The Ivy, Guildford, you can listen to the experiences of entrepreneurs who have already sold, investors and seasoned professionals on how to achieve the best outcome when selling some or all of your business. We will kick off at 8:00am and promise to finish by 10:30am. There is no charge for attending although we would welcome any donations to Robbiesrehab, a charity close to me.
